Our deepest desire is that our church would not just be a place of dynamic worship, or a place to come on Sundays, but a place that you call home. Not just a home where you have a key to get in, but a home where you belong and even have a role to play. Getting Connected here happens in three primary ways and is explored through one key event.
Life Groups
Life Groups are the heart of who we are as a church. Looking to make some friends and discover more of what it means to follow Christ? Step into a Life Group and discover a place where you can share your struggles as you pursue Christ together.

Attending "discover CHFBC"
“Discover CHFBC” is designed for all guests, new members, and anyone who wants to know more about our church and is looking to get plugged in. In this informal and interactive setting you will learn about the heart of our church, what we believe, where we are headed, and where you fit in.
The next “Discover CHFBC” will be May 20 from 5:00–7:00 pm in the Grace Chapel.
Click here and download our First Step Questionnaire. If possible, please complete it prior to the meeting and bring it with you.
Childcare is available upon request by calling 377-8444. A light meal will be provided for adults. To sign up, Register Here or for more information, contact the Pastoral Office at 377-8420 or email b.mahnke@chfbc.org. Reservations are not required, but do help us in planning.
Ultimately, our church is not a place but a body of Christ-followers whose desire is to follow Christ in all we do. As a result of our love for Christ and His church, we desire to fully engage and connect our lives to the person of Christ, His purposes, and His people.
MEMBERSHIP COMMUNITY
Becoming a member is an important step as people make a faith commitment to joining our family and helping our church, this body of believers, become all God desires. Click on about, and scroll down to membership to consider additional details on how to become a part of our membership community.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We encourage all our guests, regular attenders, and members to find a way to serve. Serving alongside others is one of the main ways relationships are formed.
